Holding an MBBS and MD in Radio-Diagnosis from esteemed institutions under Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, India, she has honed her skills across multiple prestigious hospitals in India, Saudi Arabia, Canada, and the UAE. Her robust academic background is further complemented by a Fellowship in Pediatric Radiology from Alberta Children’s Hospital in Canada and certification from the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS), USA.

Dr. Gunasekar is highly proficient in a wide spectrum of imaging techniques, including Ultrasonography, CT, MRI, and Conventional Radiology. Her expertise spans across Women’s Imaging, Pediatric Imaging, and Cross-Sectional Body Imaging, making her a valuable asset in both diagnostic accuracy and patient care. Throughout her career, she has held roles in top medical institutions such as St. John’s Medical College Hospital, KIDWAI Memorial Institute of Oncology, and King-Faisal Multi-specialty Hospital in Saudi Arabia, and at Al Tadawi Medical Centre, Dubai.
